Our TeleHealth Coaches Set the Bar

Our TeleHealth Solution uses data, telemonitoring and technology. But the thing that powers the engine is not a thing at all. It's our TeleHealth Coaches that makes the difference. And it takes more than being a registered clinician and having certain letters behind your name!

If you are lucky enough to have a TeleHealth Coach then you already know that they are kind, knowledgeable, helpful, love to laugh, good listeners and experts at catching little symptoms so a health crisis can be avoided.

What you may not know is that every TeleHealth Care Manager is required to have a minimum of 2 years of critical care experience. That means that they have spent at least 2 years in an Emergency Room or ICU. As a matter of fact, on average your TeleHealth Coach has 14 years of critical care experience which far exceeds the requirement!

The Vital Station is no place for a nurse who is not assertive, knowledgeable and experienced in their care management skills. Why is this a big deal? Because our TeleHealth Coaches must be confident in their abilities to accurately, efficiently and proactively assess a change in your health status. Only nurses with this high level of expertise can swiftly formulate a solution to stop a negative trend before it involves a trip to the hospital.

You need a TeleHealth Coach that you can trust without hesitation. It's our commitment to ensure that the caliber of experience we provide sets the bar. This is a non-negotiable part of keeping you out of the hospital and where you most want to be... your home.

Your TeleHealth Coach really is something special! We work behind the scenes to make sure of it! You need the smartest care possible, and it is our goal to deliver. Meet some of our Health Coaches at carecyclesolutions.net or on our Facebook page. We Have a Solution.
